A Homage to Letraset Transfer Lettering

A Homage to Letraset

“We are two retired, pre-computer graphic designers from Southern California and at one time relied on Letraset for our ‘comps’. The pages of Letraset Letters used had been untouched since 1984 and when I took them down from my top shelf in my studio, they worked perfectly! There was no cracking or difficulty with adhering them to the surface. The piece is currently featured in a juried exhibit in Southern California and we’re in the process of making prints available. We consider the work a ‘homage to Letraset’.”

    That’s beautiful.
And a wonderful use for Letraset Letters.
I’m also a retired graphic designer with a full case of Letraset Letters.
Mine might be even older than 1984 but I’ll bet they’ll still work.
I’m going to give it a try.
